7-Day Return Policy - Exchanges Only

At 'GOD Got Us,' we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds; exchanges only.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at godgotusofficial@gmail.com.

  2. Unworn and Unwashed: Items for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  3. Exchange Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. Please include this number with your return shipment.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Processing Time: Once we receive your item(s) and inspect them, we will process your exchange within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your exchange is processed.

  6. Exchange Options: You can exchange your item(s) for a different size or a product of equal or lesser value. If you'd like a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

  7. Final Sale Items: Please note that certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for exchange.
