At 'GOD Got Us,' we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. Please note that we do not offer refunds; exchanges only.
Conditions for Exchanges:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number. Please include this number with your return shipment.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time: Once we receive your item(s) and inspect them, we will process your exchange within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your exchange is processed.

Exchange Options: You can exchange your item(s) for a different size or a product of equal or lesser value. If you'd like a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
